Foothills Ranch Health Guarantee

We guarantee all our puppies for a full 26 months from date of birth to be free from hereditary hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia and progressive retinal atrophy. If in the event this should occur, written test results from a certified radiologist is required for a replacement puppy. This guarantee is for a replacement puppy only, no money refunds will be made. Original puppy does not need to be returned to Foothills Ranch if the owner wishes to keep the dog.

Note: Foothills Ranch does not guarantee hips and elbows if they're injured by environmental causes or accidental injury to the puppy during its first 26 months of life. An example of this would be if the puppy were accidentally run over by a vehicle, which resulted in damage to hips or elbows. If the dog has produced offspring prior to being 26 months old, warrantee is also void.

Foothills Ranch also guarantees that our puppies are free from life threatening diseases and disabilities for 3 full days after delivery to its new owner. Should life threatening diseases or disabilities be discovered by the buyer within 3 days after of receipt of puppy, and attested to in writing by buyers licensed veterinarian, we will provide the buyer with a replacement puppy, or a full refund if a puppy is no longer available. Original puppy must be returned to us before a replacement or refund will be provided. Transportation and veterinary fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
